We opened our doors in December of 2017. At the time, we were weekend warriors with a business license.

My name is Dan Czerwinski and I am the owner and founder of Diamond Tints. It all started while working at a popular well known automotive custom shop, where I learned remote starts, all aspects of car audio, electronics and window tint. I fell in love with tinting windows and decided to practice more on my spare time. When the demand of my services kept rising, I decided to get an EIN assigned and came up with the name Diamond Tints.

 

After a year or so I left the audio shop to get health insurance working for an autoparts company, where I traveled the country and built new stores for them. When I was able to tripple a months pay in 5 days time and the phone never stopped ringing, I knew it was time to run Diamond Tints full time. That was May of 2019.

Here we are a few years later, business has been successful and my customers are the most important supporters I could have ever asked for.

 

I got into detailing because my best friend at the time was a professional detailer. So i decided to get educated and really explore the whole field. I since have been registered member of the International detailing Association as a Certified Detailer, where I continue my education every single year. I have also became Gtechniq Accredited and Anglewax Authorized. To this day there remains only 4 Gtechniq detail shops in all of the state of Illinois, and I am one of only 2 Anglewax shops.

 

Constant continuation of education is a must for me to continually offer the best products and servies on the market.

I have developed a set of systems and processes, from how we de detail and tint a car to customer interactions, giving quotes, vehicle inspections, and much more.

We hope one day to be one of the largest and well known places to bring your vehicle for that special treatment.  

Fast Forward to June of 2021 when I decided that the Detailing side of the business needed to be busier. I decided to change the business name to Diamond Detail & Tint, thus increasing the outreach to those searching for automotive detailing. In January of 2022 We finally leased our first commercial space and have our first employee! We moved into New Lenox, IL, and have added many services to our roster such as, auto mechanic work.
